Rental terms: CamperVans, MotorHomes and MotorOffices
Prices include:Insurances (see below) 250 km/day (unlimited as of 3 weeks) Consumption toilet product Gas consumption (heating/cooking) VAT (21 %) VAT is partially repayable for the period the motorhome was used outside the EC (if evidence is given) Prices do not include:Diesel consumption Cleaning costs - if not well cleaned:
Insurances include:Damage to vehicle or property of a third party. Nevertheless, the renter is responsible for the first € 500,- of third party damage. Damage to the rented motorhome, with exception of the own risk (equals the refundable bond). This includes single vehicle accident, windscreen and tyre damage, under body damage, towing and recovery costs, theft, fire or break-in. This excess applies in respect of each claim, not per rental. Repair costs for mechanical problems (if no responsibility of the users). Recovery of the motorhome, the (regular) passengers and their luggage in case of unrepairable damage immobilizing the motorhome. Insurances do not include:The roof, the interior (damage without collision), water submersion or salt water damage, personal belongings. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) package is optional available. This reduces own risks to € 125,- per claim, except for water damage, damage to the roof and damage to the interior of the vehicle without collision. For drivers under 26 years old and for trips outside the E.C. (with the exception of Norway and Switzerland), the own risks are raised with 50%, as is the refundable bond. Pets are allowed with the deposit of an extra refundable bond of 300,- Euro usable for extra cleaning. Options (to be stated at reservation, and under condition of availability):
Terms:Payment: 50 % at reservation, balance due 30 days prior to departure. All payments done by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), most bank cards or cash. Any reservation is only valid after confirmation by us and after the payement of the advance. Hire period: Pick up between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm. Drop off between 9.00 am and 10.00 am. Rental price is based upon the number of nights. Refundable bond: The bond is paid at the commencement of the hire. This is refunded in full if the motorhome is returned reasonably clean, undamaged and full of fuel. Cancellations: € 75,- for any cancellation prior to 90 days before departure. 20 % of rental price (min. Euro 75,-) prior to 30 days before departure. 50 % of rental price (min. Euro 150,-) prior to 15 days before departure. No refund will be made if the vehicle is returned earlier than the date stated at reservation. Availability: If for any reason the reserved vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or better standard. In the event an alternative vehicle is unavailable or unsuitable, our liability will be limited to the refund of all payments made. An international or, European valid drivers licence for standard cars is required. No departure or drop off on Sundays. Longer term rentals:For rentals between 4 and 25 weeks, a discount on the total rental price of 1 % per week will be applied. For rentals between 26 and 52 weeks, an extra discount on the total renting price of 0,5 % per extra week starting from the 27th week will be applied. Last-minute:Last minute reservations (less than 24 hours before departure) are giving a reduction of 25 % on price for the first week for available MotorHomes. One way hires:One way hires are possible between the international airports of Brussels, Amsterdam, Basel, Berlin, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Rome, Stockholm and Vienna. For any pick up or drop of at another location then Brussels, we charge one extra day rental + € 0,50/km from Brussels. This must be stated at reservation. Example of price calculation:
